By accessing hudsonstonehouse.com and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are intended to govern your use of our site and purchases from Hudson Stonehouse. Please read them carefully.

Hudson Stonehouse reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply.

1. Product Availability

We strive to keep our product offerings accurate and up to date. However, inclusion of any product on hudsonstonehouse.com does not guarantee availability at all times. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without prior notice.

2. Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Reduced shipping rates apply for deliveries within the tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut).

  • If your order requires multiple shipments, no additional shipping charges will apply beyond what was shown at checkout.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders & Cancellations

  • You will receive confirmation by email upon placing an order.

  • Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement, subject to a 5% fee to cover platform and administrative costs.

  • After 24 hours, or once production begins, cancellations and changes will not be accepted.

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and accept these conditions.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver within 7–10 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays) unless otherwise stated. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom, handcrafted, and natural nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges except where required by law, or where a product is received damaged or defective.

If you believe an item is damaged or defective upon delivery:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Provide photos and a description of the issue.

Hudson Stonehouse reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether an issue qualifies for a remedy. Remedies may include repair, replacement, or partial refund.

Variations in color, veining, pattern, or texture of natural stone are not considered defects and are not grounds for return or refund.

6. Colors, Dimensions & Natural Variations

Hudson Stonehouse strives to display products, including colors, veining, patterns, finishes, and dimensions, as accurately as possible. However:

  • Natural stone products (including marble, travertine, and other stones) are inherently unique. Variations in color, veining, tone, texture, density, and finish are normal and part of the character of natural stone.

  • Differences between product images, samples, and delivered products are to be expected. Such differences do not constitute defects, and no claims will be accepted on this basis.

  • All product dimensions listed on the site are approximate. Minor variations due to material characteristics or craftsmanship may occur.

By purchasing from Hudson Stonehouse, you acknowledge and accept these characteristics.

7. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard). Payment is processed at the time of order.

Hudson Stonehouse reserves the right to verify payment details and may cancel an order if verification fails or fraud is suspected.

8. Warranty

Hudson Stonehouse warrants that products will be free from material or manufacturing defects upon delivery. This warranty does not cover:

  • Variations inherent in natural stone;

  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, improper installation, or normal wear;

  • Issues arising after delivery.

Any remedies for defects are at Hudson Stonehouse’s discretion and may include repair, replacement, or partial refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Hudson Stonehouse’s total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

  • Hudson Stonehouse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from use of our site or products.

10. Use of Site

You agree not to use hudsonstonehouse.com for unlawful purposes, to disrupt or harm our business or website, or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

Use of automated tools (e.g. spiders, bots, scrapers) to extract data from our site is prohibited.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on hudsonstonehouse.com, including images, text, and designs, is owned by Hudson Stonehouse. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

12. Severability
