Where are Hudson Stonehouse products made? All of our pieces are proudly designed and handcrafted in Hudson County, New Jersey. Every item is made in the USA by skilled artisans using premium, carefully selected natural and engineered stone.

What types of stone do you work with? We offer a curated selection of both natural and engineered stone. Our natural stone includes Marble, Granite, Quartzite, Travertine, and Onyx, known for their unique veining and timeless appeal. Our engineered options include quartz, sintered stone, and porcelain, prized for their durability and modern versatility.

Can I customize a product? Yes! We offer full customization on any product featured on our website. You can select from hundreds of stone options and work with us to adapt existing designs or create something completely unique. Please email us directly to discuss your vision.

Do you provide a preview of the stone slab before production? Absolutely. We will send you an image of the specific slab we plan to use for your order, so you can approve it before we begin fabrication. This is especially important for natural stone, as veining and color can vary.

How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders are completed and delivered within 3 to 6 weeks. In some cases, your order may arrive sooner depending on production schedules and demand.

Do you ship internationally? At this time, we only ship within the United States.

What are your shipping options? We offer two shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery to your door at street level.

  • White Glove Shipping: Includes moving the piece inside, assembly, and removal of all packaging materials. This option can be selected at checkout.

Do you offer reduced shipping rates? Yes! We provide discounted shipping for customers located in the tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut).

What is your return and refund policy? You may request an exchange or cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. By law, U.S. customers have 14 days after delivery to return their item for a refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee (45% of the total price). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refunds may be processed instantly or can take a few days to appear in your account.

Can I visit a showroom? We do not have a showroom at this time. However, our warehouse is located in Jersey City, and we maintain clear communication with customers throughout the process, including sending photos of the exact stone slab being used.

What if I need help placing a custom order? We’re happy to help! Please email us directly to discuss your custom project. We work closely with each client to ensure the final piece reflects your vision and requirements.
